I’ve supported hundreds of families and know that feeding your baby is about so much more than just milk
It’s about comfort, connection, and confidence.
I bring a calm, empathetic presence and years of experience working on the National Breastfeeding Helpline, Cambridge Breastfeeding Alliance and Haverhill Breastfeeding Friends, alongside my work as a doula and antenatal teacher.
Feeding shouldn’t feel overwhelming. You deserve support that meets you where you’re at.
Because the fourth trimester deserves just as much care.
My postnatal support is perfect for you if you’re navigating life with a newborn and need nurturing, guidance and hands-on help as you settled into your new role.

Support can include:
Why it matters:
A smoother, calmer postpartum experience
Support for your physical and emotional recovery
Help when your partner returns to work
No judgement, just warm, experienced care
How you’ll feel:
More rested, less alone, and more confident in yourself as a parent.
Bringing your baby into the world is magical – and exhausting. You weren’t meant to do it all alone. As your postnatal doula, I’ll be there to ease the transition, offer practical help, and nurture you as you care for your baby.
My Postnatal Doula Support Fee for 2026 is £30 per hour.
Minimum 3 hours per session.
